Technologies of Transformation help us remember our true inner nature and connection to Source and the planet. As humans, we are all one with all of life. We individually and collectively create our world as a reflection of our inner world. We are the stewards or caretakers of the planetary livestream.

Since 1975, he has been involved in, studied, taught, and written numerous articles about the environment, alternative communities, consensus decision-making, bioregionalism, ecoforestry, permaculture, international development, sustainable communities, land stewardship, and land trusts, with a focus on deepening the sacred connection between humans and nature.
I have a Master of Arts in Whole Systems Design focused on organizational renewal and design. He has designed and taught university courses focusing on human alienation from nature, adult education, conflict resolution, and community economic development. He has completed the coursework for a Conflict Resolution Certificate from the Justice Institute of British Columbia and has taken courses at the Banff School of Business.
From 1975 to 2000, he was the founder and executive director of a non-profit charitable society called Texas Lake Community Society (TLCS). From 1973 to 1979, TLCS operated the Texas Lake Youth Hostel seven miles beyond Hope, B.C., and hosted overnight accommodation and meals for over 175,000 travelling youth. TLCS also ran a crisis center, organic garden, tree planting, and demolition company.
TLCS became TIES—Turtle Island Earth Stewards, which brought the land trust movement to British Columbia. In collaboration with the Tides Foundation in the United States, TIES assisted individuals and communities in protecting the ecological aspects of their properties for present and future generations. TIES International worked with and assisted environmental organizations in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Ecuador, and Grenada in the West Indies. Through TIES domestic and international interns, he has provided work training experiences for 45 undergraduates and graduates of various colleges and universities.
I am a founding Board member of the Land Trust Alliance of B.C., which consists of over 40 organizations involved in the stewardship, restoration, enhancement and long-term voluntary or legally binding protection of private property. In addition, he is the past co-chair of the B.C. The Council of International Cooperation consists of over 32 organizations involved in international development in the Third World. He was also a member of the Steering Committee for the Forest Caucus of the Canadian Environmental Network, which provides consultation to the Canadian government on global forest issues. He was part of the Canadian delegation to the United Nations Commission on Environment and Development.
I authored a Volunteer Guide to Monitoring Conservation Agreements and have published many articles, including a chapter in Ecoforestry: The Art and Science of Sustainable Forest Use (New Society Publishers, 1997). He has also co-produced two videos on international development.
I have an extensive background in curriculum development in private conservancy, environment, and international development. He has designed and taught an international development curriculum titled Local to Global Awareness through Development Education for Canada World Youth. He is also a Permaculture Design Course instructor and has designed a Train the Trainer Course for the Miskito Indians in Nicaragua. In private conservancy, he has developed and taught a course on Creating a Community Land Trust for two years as part of the Community Development Institute held each summer in a different community. He did several yearly presentations at the annual gathering of the Land Trust Alliance of B.C.
He has designed and taught courses at Simon Fraser University titled Communications in Conflict and Intervention and Case Studies and Models in Community Economic Development. He has designed and taught a course on job readiness for the Workplace Basic Adult Education department at the Okanagan University College, Salmon Arm Campus.
He’s a Tao and Maya Shamanism student and crystal skull caretaker. He uses his crystal skulls for cognitive and planetary Leylines realignments and has published a course titled The Crystal Skull Phenomena. His teacher is Miguel Angel Vergara Calleros, a Mayan Priest and Master Teacher at www.casakin.org. Leading up to 2012, he and his life partner, Serah Roer, who has passed, were part of a yearly travel group with Miguel Angel Vergara Calleros and Richard Jelusich, Ph.D. Master Healers and Teachers conduct ceremonies at Mayan sacred sites and study ancient Maya ascension technologies.
He is the co-author of the # 1 International Best-Selling Book, Business, Life, and the Universe, compiled by Corey Poirier, and a co-writer of the forthcoming book Navigating Home: Restoring Wholeness through Radical Earth-Heart Resonance©, Co-Authored by the Sacred Evolutionary Dowsing Consortium connect@evolutionarydowsing.com, and his upcoming book, The Empath’s Guide to Planet Earth.
He lives on a small acreage with an organic garden, greenhouse and orchard overlooking Lake Shuswap in British Columbia.
